So as above shows this was a wine and cheese night. As opposed to my tastes my roommates chose white wines. I enjoyed the Ramond hill by itself but to be honest it was the least bad of the night. But its was fun we mixed and matched all the cheese and such together and I found out that personally I LOVE goat cheese (caps meant on purpose). The only thing is no matter what wine that I chose with it they all sucked honestly. Still I feel that these cheeses would be alot better if they were dry red wines.
